Fontan time

Sorry I have not written in so long, but life has been moving so fast. Aharon you have grown so much and you are so smart. You can add things together, you can read letters and numbers. You know the entire alphabet and can count to 30 in english and 10 in Spanish and we don't even speak Spanish. You are a little chatterbox with big ideas and even bigger opinions. You are kinda a big deal. The time has come for your Fontan procedure to help your funky little heart. You had your surgery on Monday and you are doing great. All of the chest tubes have been removed and most of the lines. They are talking about discharging you to the step down unit today. Your kinda a celebrity and nurses from all over come to see the cute little boy with the long hair. Everyone has fallen in love with you from the housekeepers to central supply to nurses and doctors. You have touched so many hearts with your warrior spirit. You barely even need pain meds anymore except when we take you for your walking parade down the unit. I am so proud of you Tinki Boi and I love you so much. God is so good to us and he has been so good to you. I am really grateful for the love that God has shown our family. I love you so much Aharon and I am so priveledged to be your mommie. I see nothing, but greatness in your future. God bless you Aharon and God Bless our family. Always
